Welcome! We hope you accept our personal invitation and join us in our podcasts & videos! We have been deeply diving into all things consciousness for 55yrs between us (typing this in 2024 just for a reference point). It is our intention to playfully put on the table for you much of what we practice, explore, witness and apply in our daily living, where life happens… with hope that you will take away gifts that will also contribute to you!
Together we have experienced many diversities and are willing to pull back the curtain to share with you our own raw inner moments and how we navigate the so called good, bad and ugly. Oh, and to keep it real we are not editing any of our bloopers, life has bloopers and so do we.
You, the listener, are more than a contribution to what shows up for each live ‘off the cuff’ conversation where playfully we allow the ‘a-ha’s’ and epiphanies’ to take on a life of their own.
